6 Week Birthday Challenge Extended

So after my last post, I started to feel even more sick. I was actually sick for about 2 weeks. So I decided that I would start the 6 week challenge over. I'm feeling a lot better now after going to the doctors and being put on medication. So I 'm going to restart the challenge. And it will end September 18th. I'm really going to push hard to get rid of this weight. 20lbs in 6 weeks!

6 Week Birthday Challenge

So I started a 6-week Birthday Challenge, last FridayJuly 17th. So far I haven't started off too well. This past week I have been feeling sick, and haven't been able to work out. But Tomorrow is the beginning of week 2, and I hope to do 100% better! Wish me Luck!

Pain is Weakness Leaving the Body

It's time for me to stop playing games. There is no reason why I shouldn't be able to lose this weight. I am done with just sitting around on my butt and not doing anything. I'm done with all the excuses. It's time to get back on the wagon and kick some serious butt! This is seriously ridiculous.

Tracking Food

Today is going great. So far I have had an amazing breakfast and lunch. I already have planned out what I will be eating for dinner and it is amazing as well.

I am tracking my food again, which I think will really help out a lot. I am restricting what I eat as far as fat, calories, carbs, sodium and protein.

I am also learning to drink a lot of water again. I am aiming for 80 oz. a day...but I will do as much as I can. So far I have already drank 32 oz.

But yea anyway, I am about to go do some exercise and work these muscles. I will update later. Peace.

Finally Updating

So yea I know that it has been about a month since I updated...but here I am. I am doing well with my weight loss. Staying on track and focused. I signed up at this amazing website called SparkPeople.com. It's great...I love it. But yea I don't really have much to say now so I will be back later or probably tomorrow to update. PEACE!

Stress & H20

So this week was okay... I almost passed out on Monday at the gym, because I was dehydrated due to lack of water. My water intake has not been good at all. Also I have had a lot of stress which has caused me to over eat, or not eat at all, which has caused me not to loose any weight this week.

So my plan is to not stress or worry about anything this week. I am going to be carefree.
