I'm One Step Closer

So, yes I know that it is late. I was suppose to update about my weigh-in on Thursday and it is now Sunday. But regardless I am still on track and I am here to post my weigh-in now. Since my last weigh-in...I have lost 4.8 lbs!!!! YAY ME! I am now 185.6!

I am proud of myself and still determined to get this weight off. Wish me Luck!

Back on Track

I'm back! Florida was amazing, but it's always good to be home. So in my last post I was so disappointed in myself because I had gained 5lbs. As I think about it Im kind of still mad at myself that I let myself get off track.

But today is a new day and I am back on track. I have been eating really good. And I went to the gym today and worked out for 1hour & 30 minutes. It was so good. I feel so refreshed after working out. I can't wait to go work out tomorrow. My weigh-in is this Thursday, let's hope that I lose weight.

Weight Loss Journey Update

So I still here in Florida, tomorrow is actually my last day here. I have had a blast these past 10 days. I will miss it. While in Florida, I did not stick to my weight loss plan I tried, but failed. I didn't lose any weight. I gained 5lbs. I was so disappointed in myself. When I return home my plan is to get back on track.

Goals for the next two weeks:

Drink TONS of Water!

Exercise 5-7 days a week!

Be out of the 180's (@ least be 179lbs, by April 1st)

I need a lot of strength & determination to achieve these goals...but I have faith in myself. I know I can do it!

Late Night update

So today was my weight in day. I posted my video on youtube ... http://www.youtube.com/user/xxAnAppleADayxx . I make a video about my weight loss on thursdays and post it. And today I am proud to say that I am now 185.4lbs. Meaning that I lost 2.6lbs this week. So I am really excited.

I'm leaving to go to Kisimmee, Florida later on today. And I will be gone for 10 days. I will have a lot of free time for myself. So I plan to workout A LOT and eat right while I'm there. My goal for next thursday Mar 12 is to lose 5lbs. That way I will be right at the 180lb mark and almost out of the 180's for good.

The way that I lose weight is basically just eat healthy ( no junk food, no fast food.) And to work out.

My Diet basically consists of:

50-80 oz. of water/day
Fruits
Veggies
Fish
Boneless Chicken
& healthy snacks like granola bar, rice cakes, etc.

But yea...I'm really tired and I don't have much else to say, I keep having to backspace because I'm like falling asleep and I was typing nonsense, lol. So yea... G'night!

Road to A New Me

I just wanted to blog really quick about myself. I'm not going to go into detail, but I just wanted to keep a tab about my weight loss, so I can look back on it a year from now and see how far I have come.

I started my weight loss journey at 195lbs. (Jan 14,09)

As of my last weight in which was Feb. 26, 09 I am 188lbs.

I work out, Eat healthy and drink nothing but water and hot tea (Green Tea)

So I will do a better update tomorrow, but that is it for now. Lata!
