Tracking Food

Today is going great. So far I have had an amazing breakfast and lunch. I already have planned out what I will be eating for dinner and it is amazing as well.

I am tracking my food again, which I think will really help out a lot. I am restricting what I eat as far as fat, calories, carbs, sodium and protein.

I am also learning to drink a lot of water again. I am aiming for 80 oz. a day...but I will do as much as I can. So far I have already drank 32 oz.

But yea anyway, I am about to go do some exercise and work these muscles. I will update later. Peace.
